This Personal Data Privacy Policy (“the Privacy Policy”) illustrates the practice of Shopuddy Limited ("We" or "Us" or "Our") in relation to our management of your personal data("Data") we collect from you through our websites and/or online services and any other owned or operated websites, social media platforms and/or online services that link to the Privacy Policy (collectively the "Sites"). Any reference to "You" and "Your" when used in the Privacy Policy includes any person who accesses the Sites and/or submits Data.

Please read through the Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Sites or submitting your Data to us, you agree to accept the Privacy Policy. We have the right to change or amend the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes or amendments will be posted on the Sites. You are advised to check it on a regular basis. By continuing to use the Sites after the Privacy Policy is changed or amended, you are deemed to have consented to such changes or amendments.

Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance

In collecting, using, storing, retaining, disclosing, transferring, providing, allowing access to, protecting and accessing Data, we shall comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong SAR).

Collection of Data and Information

We collect information from you that you provide when you use the contact form and when you register on the site. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name or e-mail address. You may also visit our site anonymously. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to track statistics for our site. Users may opt out of the use of the Google cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Use of Data for Direct Marketing

We intend to use your Data for purpose of direct marketing by sending you the direct marketing communications, such as mail, email, telephone and SMS containing news, offers and promotions on services. We shall not use your Data for such purpose unless we have obtained your consent.

We are not allowed to provide your Data to any third party for direct marketing purposes without your written consent.

If you do not wish to receive any direct marketing communications from us, irrespective of whether you have participated the Membership or you have given your consent to us, you may send your request together with your name (registered one, if applicable), contact telephone number (registered one, if applicable) and email address (registered one, if applicable) to us via email at [email protected] marked to the attention of Customer Service Department indicating your request to cease using your Data for direct marketing purpose by us.

Security

We will use adequate security technologies and procedures to protect the Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, due to the nature of the Internet and technology, it is possible that others may intercept the information you are sending to or transmitting through the Sites. We do not warrant that the Sites are impenetrable or invulnerable to hackers.

Disclosure, Retention and Storage of Data

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
